Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that during peak seasons or flash sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping across all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): Flat rate of SAR 25, or FREE for orders above SAR 150.

  • Express Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate of SAR 45 (available for select products).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your parcel directly on our website or through the courier’s portal (Saudi Post / Naqel / Aramex).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are a dropshipping store shipping products internationally to the KSA. All applicable customs fees, import duties, or VAT (15%) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [ia5336994@gmail.com] within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are later lost or stolen. If you face this issue, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number. For any damaged items upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours with unboxing video evidence.
